Merchandise Pick-Up Instructions
All purchases will be picked-up at the following address:
Wendover ReStore
1133 N. Wendover Rd.
Charlotte, NC 28211
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Once your item(s) is fulfilled and ready for pick-up, a store associate will call and/or text
to schedule your pick-up time.
When you arrive for your scheduled pick-up, a ReStore employee will bring out your item for inspection. If satisfied, you may load your item and be on your way!
Once the item is taken from the Charlotte Region ReStore, it becomes subject to the in-store return policy.
However, if you find the item unsatisfactory upon arrival for pickup, we will immediately return the purchase to the credit card used in online transaction.
In-Store Return Policy
All sales are final and sold "As Is". Electrical items can be returned if found to be defective within 30 days of purchase (receipt required).
Merchandise must be picked up within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Items left past 3 working days will incur a $10 per working day storage fee and will become a donation once the storage fees exceed the purchase price of the item.
Cabinet sets must be picked up within 5 working days from the date of purchase. Cabinet sets left past 5 working days will incur a $50 per working day storage fee and will become a donation once the storage fees exceed the purchase price. Original Receipt Required for Item Pickup.
